We accept multiple convenient payment options, including cash, check, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Payment is typically collected at the time of service—just choose what works best for you!
You’re welcome to be home during your clean, but it’s totally optional! Many of our clients provide entry instructions so they can go about their day. We’re happy to work around friendly pets—safety and comfortability is our top priority, so please let us know in advance. If your pet is a flight risk, please secure them, as we’ll be going in and out to load and unload supplies.
We proudly serve Ellensburg and the greater Kittitas area. While that’s our main hub, we’re happy to travel slightly beyond—including Cle Elum and surrounding communities—on a case-by-case basis.
Our standard cleaning includes dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down counters and high-touch areas, sanitizing bathrooms, wiping down baseboards and cleaning kitchen surfaces as well as appliance exteriors. We’ll also empty the trash and tidy up as we go.

We bring our own high-quality, professional-grade products and tools! If you have a preferred product or need hypoallergenic, green, or specialty cleaning options, please have them available and let us know when booking. We're happy to accommodate your preferences!
We understand that life happens! As a courtesy, we kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. After multiple changes, same-day cancellations, or if the cleaners are already en route, you may be subject to fees. We appreciate your understanding!
